We are back to our regular class times!

The CrossFit 101 classes will begin next Tuesday, February 8th.  It’s not too late to sign up!

Snatch, 1 rep (best of 3 lifts)
Clean and jerk, 1 rep (best of 3 lifts)
As many rounds and reps as possible in ten minutes of:
6 Squat cleans (Men 125 lbs, Women 70 lbs)
12 Pull-ups
24 Double-unders

Add together the best snatch (in kg), the best clean and jerk (in kg), and the total reps performed in the triplet for your final score.

Post score to responses.
