Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
9 Deadlifts (Men 155 lbs, Women 100lbs)
12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″box)

Post total reps to responses.

It’s time to sign up for April’s Power Camp! We will be offering the night class again on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 pm and if we have any interest we will also offer a Power Camp during the day. If you would like to sign up for either Power Camps please email Christina at cmmerlo@gmail.com. Spots are limited so sign up today!

Power Camp is a 4 week long bootcamp/crossfit workout that will begin on April 4th. Cost is $75 for CFJ members and $150 for non members.

    20″ box

    WOD: 5 rounds + 5 box jumps

    Round 1: 6 real push ups, 6 girl push ups
    Round 2: 3 real push ups, 9 girl push ups
    Round 3: 1 real push up, 11 girl push ups
    Remaining rounds all girl push ups
