Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Power cleans (Men 145lbs, Women 100 lbs)
10 Toes to bar
15 Wall balls (Men 20lbs to 10′ target, Women 14 lbs to 9′ target)

Post rounds and reps completed to responses.

  1. WOD: 115# power clean, 14 # wall ball (seemed easy, should have gone with heavier ball)

    6 rounds + 5 toes to bar

  2. WOD w/ 75# & 14#
    7 rounds & 5 PC
    Should have gone heavier on the PC & WB…evidently I can’t touch my toes to the bar to save my life!
