On Monday, July 4th there will be an 8am class and 10am class.  All other classes will be canceled and no daycare will be provided.  Have a happy and safe 4th of July weekend!!

**BBQ** Denver and Sarah McPhail have invited all CFJ members to attend a BBQ at their home this evening around 6pm. There will be great food and good times to be had.     12 Hang Snatches (95#)
    12 Knees to Elbows
    12 Double Unders

    4 rounds + 3 snatches (147 reps)

  2. Back Squat
    180# x 7

    WOD
    145# squat clean & jerk
    5 rounds + 2 pushups in 15 min

    Last time we did this I used 145# (power clean only) 10 rounds took 27:08.

    I would say there has been no improvement, except the last time we did this I couldn’t squat clean 145#!
