15 Deadlifts (Men 225 lbs, Women 155 lbs)

    85-105-115-125-135-145-155-165(f)-165-175(PR! This was more like a power clean than squat, but I’ll take it! :-) )

    25 Jumping Jacks
    30 Sec High Knees
    30 Sec Butt Kicks
    15 Pushups
    30 Sec Mountain Climbers
    15 SitUps
    15 Tuck Jumps

    15 Reps of ea: Lateral Jumps over PVC parallettes, Double Downs, DB Shoulder Press, Pull Ups & Burpees
    Add the next workout to each round, So….
    1st Rd: 15 Laterals
    2nd Rd: 15 Laterals, 15 Double Downs
    3rd Rd: 15 Laterals, 15 Double Downs, 15 Shoulder Press
    and so on…

    Then some crazy med ball core/arm work…
    5 pushups (Feet on Medball) – 10 Medball Roll-ins – Hand walks with feet on Medball!
    This was quite interesting, but I bet I looked real funny and uncoordinated because I sure felt that way…
