B March 26, 2012 at 9:25 am I think I should have just stayed in bed this morning. My attitude and performance weren’t the best. Back Squat – Failed at 180 lbs…….which is less than my PR but I just wasn’t feeling it this morning. WOD as Rx’d = 20:02….slow runs and lots of rest! Congrats on all the PR’s this morning!!!!! Reply
