    115, 120 (PR), 130 (PR)

    WOD w/ half the pullups: 21:07
    got 5 consecutive legit pull-ups in 2nd round (PR!)
    (things got questionable after that … )

  3. I think I should have just stayed in bed this morning. My attitude and performance weren’t the best.

    Back Squat – Failed at 180 lbs…….which is less than my PR but I just wasn’t feeling it this morning.

    WOD as Rx’d = 20:02….slow runs and lots of rest!
