5 Rounds for max reps of:
Bench press (Men bodyweight, Women 2/3 bodyweight)
Pull-ups (Immediately followed by bench press)
Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

Post bench press load and total reps to responses.

Compare to February 10, 2012.

  1. 4 x 2 OHS @ 125 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat)

    1 OHS @ 135, 155, 165 (f), 165

    1 Arm KB OHS 4 x 5 @ 35, 40, 45, 55 (R & L arm)

    Complete 5 rounds of the following for TIME on the ROW and MAX Reps:
    Row 350meters as fast as possible
    Then complete as many reps without pause/breaking of:
    55 lb KettleBell Swings
    GHD Sit-ups
    Rest 3-5 minutes between rounds
    WOD as Rxd:
    Row times, 1:20, 1:19, 1:18, 1:19, 1:20
    15 KB swings & 23 GHD Situps each round

    20 alternating pistols (39 seconds)

    About 2 hours later
    5 rounds for time:
    Swim 50 meters
    25 Push-ups
    Time=12:10

  2. Lynn w/65# & 55#
    1: 12- 4
    2: 6- 4
    3: 14- 4 (went to 55#)
    4: 13- 4
    5: 9- 4 (could not get #10 in the rack)
    Only did 1 pull up ea rd and 3 T2B

    ( I know Nicki, I need to be practicing pull ups as that is what I am the weakest)
    total bench: 54
    total T2B: 20
    total: 74

  3. 4 x 2 OHS @ 115 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat)

    4×1 OHS @ 125-125-130-135(PR)

    1 Arm KB OHS 4 x 5 @ 30-35-40-55(snatched it OH.. very excited about that considering I didn’t do it on Saturday during Team Practice)

    20 alternating pistols (1:09)
    20 alt pistols w/ PVC OH
    10 alt Pistols w/ 11# training bar

    About 2 hours later
    5 rounds for time:
    Swim 50 meters
    25 Push-ups
    Time=16:39

  4. 4 x 2 OHS @ 225 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat)
    4×1 OHS @ 255,275,285,295, 300
    4×5. 1 Arm KB OHS 4 x 5 @ 70# (R & L arm)

    2 sets of 2 OHS @ 185 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat)
    1 set of 2 OHS @ 205 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat)
    Tried 1 set of 2 OHS @ 225 lbs (3 second hold in bottom of squat) but failed coming out of the 2nd rep.

    1 OHS @ 245 lbs

    Pretty sure this is a PR by a lot
