Squat Snatch up to 52# (last 2 did both at 52#) Made all 20 DU’s ea rd w/exception of 1 rd –only 10…shoes came untied!
WOD w/42#…The strength seemed like a WOD…I was SO tired.. I broke one jump rope that I was able to jump 10 without missing…then could not find one that would work good…(I know Breck, I will bring mine and leave it at the gym!)
Only got to the 30 DU’s and stopped when the last person finished..This is only about the 2nd WOD ever that I did not finish…ugh!
