    Had speed rope malfunction. Tried to switch to Buddy Lee but no bueno. Cost me a lot of time.

  7. Hello! My name is Bryan and I joined yesterday. I’ve been Crossfitting almost 4 years in and out of affiliates due to my work schedule.(Fireman with 2nd job)and in my garage the last 6 months. I’m competing in Next Generations challenge in Nov in the masters division.(I’m 40)Brody Bowman has been coming to my garage some and talked me into coming into CF Jenks to get my butt kicked until then. It gets hard out in the garage on those solo wods . Anyway, yesterday was a morning wod
    Front Squat 5×5 155,165,175,185,195(Fail at 4).
    Came in to sign up and decided to try 1200 class.
    Bench 3×5 275,275,265
    Row 135, 151,152 151, 141
    The middle 3 may be off a second or two as I was about to pass out but I’m sure of the 1st and last. Look forward to meeting all of you and judging by the scores I have alot of work to do.

  8. Squat Snatch up to 52# (last 2 did both at 52#) Made all 20 DU’s ea rd w/exception of 1 rd –only 10…shoes came untied!

    WOD w/42#…The strength seemed like a WOD…I was SO tired.. I broke one jump rope that I was able to jump 10 without missing…then could not find one that would work good…(I know Breck, I will bring mine and leave it at the gym!)

    Only got to the 30 DU’s and stopped when the last person finished..This is only about the 2nd WOD ever that I did not finish…ugh!
