2 Chest to bar pull-ups
4 Clean and jerks
4 Chest to bar pull-ups
6 Clean and jerks
6 Chest to bar pull-ups
8 Clean and jerks
8 Chest to bar pull-ups
10 Clean and jerks
10 Chest to bar pull-ups
12 Clean and jerks
12 Chest to bar pull-ups
14 Clean and jerks
14 Chest to bar pull-ups
Add 2 reps and continue as long as possible.

    WOD #2 as Rx’d – 6 KB swings in the remaining 16 seconds after the row!!

    WOD #2 – Max KB Swing reps in 10 Minutes after 2000M Row = 33 KB Swings….everything just felt super slow!

  5. First off, great job to my 5 & 6am crew!!! Inspires me to see you guys killing WODS so early in the morning! : )

    WOD 1 as Rx’d: Thru the 10’s + 12 C&J & 2 Chest to Bar= 74pts.
    WOD 2 as Rx’d: 23 KB Swings (Super slow row!)

    up to 12 clean and jerks (55#)and 6 pull ups (using bench for assist) ..next time
    I will try 65#

    WOD #2
    2000m row – 1 KB w/25#.. I could not get me feet out and I had to get a least one
    swing!!!

    This was FUN Friday!
