    Wod= 10:10 with 135lb sdhp

    WOD as Rx’d = 9:41….push-ups killed me!

    Wod as RX’d= 11 something.

    I felt so slow @ everything today.
    My body just wouldn’t move!

    WOD rx’d: 10:51 I was dead before we even started!
