    5 x 3 of each @ 85-95-105-115-125(Failed on 1st OHS :()
    WOD as Rx’d:
    6 rds complete + 4 Snatches
    (Failed 2 MU…they were a struggle today)
    Great and humbling week so far!
    Nice job 5 am crew!!

    rested 5 minutes then:

    *bad attitude about sq snatch, didn’t get over it until rd 5*

    Wod w 70 and mostly wall climbs: got upto 5snatches and 2 wall climbs and…
    I got my first bar muscle up even tho it was ugly I did it!
