The CrossFit 101 scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 20th is canceled.  The next CrossFit 101 will start on Tuesday, December 4th at 6:30pm. 

All classes are canceled this Thursday for Thanksgiving!

This Friday, November 23rd there will be a 9am and 11am class offered.  All other classes are canceled.

5 Rounds for max reps of:
Bench press (Men bodyweight, Women 2/3 bodyweight)
Pull-ups (Immediately followed by bench press)
Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

Post bench press load and total reps to responses.

    130.. still so sore from this weekend. I had a great time on SAT appreciate everyone coming out to support me and all the CFJ comp. I must say CFJ dominated!

    WOD w/ 90# (92# is my RX weight….didn’t feel like scaling up today….too sore from this weekend) = 132 reps

    I essentially just participated today. I had little motivation for this WOD this morning.

    And thank you to all the CFJ family that came out and cheered us on! And congrats to everyone that participated on Saturday.
