The CrossFit 101 scheduled to begin on Tuesday, November 20th is canceled. The next CrossFit 101 will start on Tuesday, December 4th at 6:30pm.
All classes are canceled this Thursday for Thanksgiving!
This Friday, November 23rd there will be a 9am and 11am class offered. All other classes are canceled.
