Max rep deadlifts with remaining time (Men 315 lbs, Women 205 lbs)

rest 1 minute

With a 4 minute time limit:

400 Meter run

Max rep Muscle ups or pull-ups with remaining time

rest 1 minute

With a 4 minute time limit:

400 Meter run

Max rep burpee box jump overs (Men 24” box, Women 20”box)

Athletes choice of order.

  1. CrossFit warmup 3 rounds
    Squat Clean practice up to 135#
    Front Squats 10 x 3 @ 155# each minute
    20 minute treadmill run

  2. Did 5 sets of 2 HSPU w/1 abmat (games standard hand placement) instead of DL

    Did 200m run x 4 instead of 400.

    7 HSPU as above
    10 PLU (not being able to kip as hard really makes pullups suck! had a few no-reps)
    26 OH walking lunges w 25# plate
    14 20″ box step-ups with 20# DB
