    WOD Rx’d = 11 rds + 10 PLU
    Enjoyable, albeit tough mix-up.

    Need to lower my “max” to a more realistic number.

    WOD w/ Mod HSPU = 8 rounds….and TS I had no business giving you HSPU advice because I’m horrible at them. But if anything I said helped you then great! :)

    10 set of 3 ea @ #90 (same weight as last week..felt pretty weak today so did not do 95#–and glad I didn’t …the last sets were very heavy!
