    WOD w/ Mod HSPU = 8 rounds….and TS I had no business giving you HSPU advice because I’m horrible at them. But if anything I said helped you then great! 🙂

    10 set of 3 ea @ #90 (same weight as last week..felt pretty weak today so did not do 95#–and glad I didn’t …the last sets were very heavy!

    4 rounds + 6 pull ups (subbed shoulder press w/25# dumbbells for HSPU)

    10 Pull-ups

    5 Handstand push-ups (subbed 3 wall climbs)

    8 + 10 pull-ups

  5. Front Squats
    10 x 3 @ 150 lbs

    WOD
    Did scaled up version.
    AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
    25 Pull-ups
    50′ Handstand walk

    As Rx’d
    3 rounds + 25 pull ups & a few measly feet of a handstand walk
