    Squat Clean & Jerk up to 115
    Shoulder felt good and my squat is getting better.
    It was nice to have 2 workouts that felt good this week after months of that not happening! Paleo is working, slowly but it’s working.

    Not the fastest time, but I’m definately feeling better. Yay for getting past the “Paleo Hangover”!
