  3. First workout since I hurt my back, it’s been 2 weeks of rest for me 🙁

    Jenks mile on treadmill (kind of)
    Instead of 400-200-400-200-400, I sprinted for 2min, 1 min, 2 min, 1 min, 2 min w/ 1 min rest in between

    50-40-30-20-10 of
    Double unders
    sit-ups

    3rds of
    20 overhead walking lunges w/25# plate
    20 sit-ups
    20 step ups
    20 tricep dips

    Man was I hurting after all that 🙂 but super excited to workout again! Now I’m gonna go ice my back and hopefully see you all next week!
