It’s that time again!! The 2013 CrossFit Games Open registration is live! The Open will begin on March 6th and go thru April 7th.  CrossFit Jenks will host the weekly competition every Saturday. We will post more information regarding heat times and other specific details as it gets closer.  We encourage ALL of you to sign up and participate! Click HERE to make it happen!

    WOD w/ prowler push to rings and back to rope each round (190 lbs)
    3 rds + 2 Ring Dips

    Wod w/ shallow bar dips & 3 rope pulls (standing to ground and up) ea rd
    6 rds + 3 rope pulls
    This is my least favorite WOD…as I am pathetic at bar dips and can’t climb the rope! UH!
