    =let’s just say I completed this workout…tough morning (dropped to 145 lbs after 3 cleans into my 3rd round) 🙁

    10 sets of 3 Banded Deadlifts every 45 seconds at 55% of 1RM (155 lbs)

    3 rounds of (w/ 10# ankle weights):
    15 reverse hypers
    15 toes thru rings
