10 Wall ball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)

10 Toes to bar

10 Box jumps (Men 24″ box, Women 20″ box)

    65-75-85-95-105-115-125-130-135-140-145-150 (fx3- grrr)
    100 Double Unders
    50 Kettlebell Swings (35lbs)
    25 GHD Sit ups
    = All unbroken 4:21
    10 minute Handstand Walk Practice

  2. Squat Snatch up to 65#

    WOD w/10# ball to first red stripe on wall, 20″ box jump

    4 rds + 1 WB (in the first 2 rds missed one ea T2B, made all the others)

  3. Squat snatch 65-75-95-95-105-115-125-135-145-150(PR)-155(f2)
    WOD rx’d 10 rounds and 1 wall ball
    Rest 15 min
    5 sets of 5 hspu with 1 ab mat and 3 ring rows into dips

  4. Squat Snatch: We don’t really need to talk about that, let’s just say I worked on my technique.

    WOD= 4 rounds+ 10 wall ball shots and 5 toes to bar
