    15:46 (did 25 thrusters,got a drink and did the other 25)
    Pull ups were Sloooow..

    Deadlifts (205) and bar muscle ups
    3:22 tried 1 bar mu each round and then finished with chest 2 bar Pullups. Did 3 bar muscle ups and failed twice. My first bar muscle up! Thanks for everyone’s help! 🙂
