    Pull ups: complete thru Rd 8, then did sets of 3 each round up to 20 min

  3. Wod as rx’d – 20 reps / 40 points…legs and shoulders still so tired from heavy BS and wod last night then trying to go hard at 5am this morning…not good

    Death by pull-ups – completed thru 15th minute

    ( first time I have done this since learning to kip and not use bands!😃)

    HUGE PR from July as I only did 12 rounds then with the same weight!! Congrats Aaron on your PS as well!
