    The power clean at 155 was a PR, so I call that a win for Mom and the kids today.

    First attempt at the Bear. I wasn’t sure what to go with so I went light.

    Had to bow out after the 5th set, thanks to my shoulder. It’s still a little sore but manageable. I know mentally I could have kept going but I’m sure my shoulder thanks me for it. UGH!! I’m ready for this crap to be over with.
