    Then:
    1 muscle-up, 1 power clean (155#)
    2/2, 3/3…etc.
    Got through 5 mu’s and 2 cleans

    9am WOD

    15 kettlebell swings 55 lbs
    Time: 15:29

    6 rope climbs, 30 parallette Hspu, 30 kb swings 70lb
    WOD:10 minute cap
    1000m row
    Then:
    1 muscle-up, 1 power clean (155#)
    2/2, 3/3…etc…
    6 completed

  4. WOD w/55# thrusters and for DU’s did

    60 singles, 60 doubles
    50 singles, 50 doubles
    40 singes, 40 doubles

    34:59 –last (and oldest) to finish! This was tough but a great WOD!
    I didn’t like the thrusters!

    (Jennifer, great time! I heard comments that you probably showered and had time to eat before some of the others finished!!!)

    Kb swings 35# – 70, rope climbs – 4, hspu with 10# plate – 24
    10 min time cap with 1000m row with 1 MU/1 Power clean (95), then 2/2, 3/3 – finished through round 4
    Squat clean x1 165-175-185 (pr)-190(pr)-195(f)
