The dead lift was 30 dead lifts for time with a 5 minute limit (male 275, female 185).
The warm up was 5 pull ups and 5 dips every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
warm up: I did sets of 3 kipping plu and 3 dips
Strength: 30 dead lifts @ 185# = 2:57
WOD: 50 reps (yuck!)
