  1. OHS w/ 2 sec hold – 95, 135, 155, 185, 205(2) PR even with the failed 3rd rep.
    WOD – 4:47, missed my goal but PR’d by :05
    Nice PR on the OHS today Tommy. Good push on the WOD BP.

    (pretty sketchy/wobbly at the very top of rep 3 @ 105#)

    WOD as Rx’d – 10:17 (Pr by 1:25)

  3. OHS 3×5 w 2 sec hold at the bottom. 55-65-75-85-95 (15# heavier than last time) 😀

    WOD @65# = 15:36 or 37, +3 minutes over last time.

    Not sure what went wrong after the 1st round. Was on pace to beat my last go by 3 minutes and then just hit a wall on all 3 movements.
