  2. 33:23 with 300M row in place of 400M run due to knee issue

    DL @ 185: 10, 5, 5
    KB @ 45: 10, 10
    OHS @ 75: 10, 2, 3, 3, 2 (Breck thank you for convincing me that was plenty of weight…)
    Burpees: 5, 5, 5, 5
    Pull Ups: 4 strict with thick band, 16 rings w/feet on ground (8, 4, 4)
    Box Jumps: 20in slow but unbroken
    DB Squat Cleans: 4 @ 40 (grabbed wrong dumbells) 16 @ 35 (6, 4, 4, 2)

    Almost 2 months in and first post here – thanks for all the encouragement. I haven’t felt this great in a decade.

  3. WOD w/105# DL, 25# KB and regular pull ups w/assist from bench, 35# OH Sq and
    15# DB Squat cleans….at least I did not walk on any of the 400M’s.

    38:15 I like the long ones too!

    2nd WOD: Shopping with my granddaughter at Woodland Hills on Tax Free week end…never again!! That was worse than the Lumber Jack!
