    Glad I was a little late for this one…only had to do one mile:

    9:13

    Squat Clean and Jerk up to 75#

    WOD w/55# (as Rx’s for 55+)

    13 reps + squat clean = 27 (got 30 reps in the open in 2011)
    (I dropped the bar down both shins today about rd 9–really hurt!!!!)
