  1. Death By Pullups thru 7 then did 5’s thru round 10…dip practice after that

    Power Snatch up to 80#

    WOD: 9:20
    Started with 75 and scaled to 65 after 8 reps
    Box steps 20″

  4. Pull-ups – 10 rounds, then worked on strict

    Power Snatch – up to 95#

    Wod rx’d – 13:07 (now if I can just learn to do them consecutive instead of resetting everytime)

    Made it through 13 then decided to call it quits

    Ripped hands halfway through and got mad so I sandbagged this one

  6. As I can only do about 4 pull ups, I just practiced pull ups…tried to do 5 ea time from box..did a total of about 25 or so.

    Power Snatch -only to 60#, failed on 65#…which really is frustrating..as I did 67# several times in the Red Dirt competiton last year.

    Once again…terrible and slowww day of running!

  8. Death by pull ups – 6 rounds (still working on kip), then 3 per minute through 12 rounds. Hands ripped then finished with 4 rounds of bar dips (5, 6, 7, 8)

    Power Snatch – 3 x 65, 2 x 85, 2 x 95, 1 x 100 for all three singles to practice form

    WOD w/ 75# & 24″ box – 13:02

    Power snatch: Shoulder finally feeling better, went easy on the weight, up to 85#
    WOD w 85# and 24′ box: 8:16
