As I can only do about 4 pull ups, I just practiced pull ups…tried to do 5 ea time from box..did a total of about 25 or so.
Power Snatch -only to 60#, failed on 65#…which really is frustrating..as I did 67# several times in the Red Dirt competiton last year.
