    Wasn’t pretty, but I got it.

    Started with 95#, hit my head, dropped to 85#

    Wod with 115# and bar dips

    Hand tear half way through Wod. Had to run to car get glove then do snatches from ground. Just a big mess.

  3. HPS up to 55#-mentally could not get 60#
    WOD w only 42#..can not remember my time..
    I want to say 8:42..or could have been 13:42..did not care for this one.. I am so weak
    at this lift.

    Girls, what was with the head hitting today??? Hope you are ok!!!

    Really struggled to hold on to the bar in the hang position. This workout was not my friend.
