With a 15 minute time limit:
Row 2000 meters
As many reps as possible of burpees

Start with the 2000 meter row and with the remaining time of the 15 minutes perform as many burpees as possible.

Post 2000 meter row time and number of burpees to responses.

Compare to May 2, 2013.

This Saturday, November 9th, we will not have child care and our Free Introductory Class will be canceled. All other classes are as scheduled!

    Even and Odds (2 strict pull-ups, 1 bar muscle up, completed all but last round missed 3 times on bar muscle up.

  2. Angie it was 10 attempts to row exactly 100 meters in every minute on the minute.
    Any over or under was added to your score so a lower score was best.
