    20 power snatch @ 115# in 3 mins

    Mary with 1 ab mat strict HSPU

    5 rounds then ripped pretty bad so subbed in muscle ups for pull ups

    3 rounds with 1 MU (kipped 3 HSPU on rd 3)
    1 round with 2 MU (kipping HSPU)

    Nice job 6am!

    10 walking lunges w 25 pound plate overhead
    15 pull-ups

    30 @ 75# (did power snatch monday)

    10 rounds (just totally warn out, hands have had enough this week)

    30 sec row
