  6. Boot Camp: Stephanie (did with Stephanie so she would not be all by herself..haven’t worked out this week..so it was tough!) Hope everyone will be back to boot camp on Monday!!

    Warm up:

    Suicide w/5 cones..after cone 1: 2 air squat, 2 cones, 2 burpees, 3 cones, 3 air squats, 4 cones, 4 burpees, 5 cones, 5 burpees

    3 minute jumping rope with 1 burpee for ea miss (Stephanie 7, Linda 5)

    2 minutes of sit ups (Stephanie 53, Linda 50)

    WOD 1

    2 rds:
    20 split jumps w/dumbbells
    25 high knees per leg
    15 squast thrusts with push up

    7 minute AMRAP:

    14 lunges steps (7 ea leg)
    14 crab kickers (7 ea leg)

    2 rope ascents from floor to standing
