  2. Ha! Well I only did MU attempts so there’s a lot of extra energy when all you’re doing is flailing around on the rings : )

    WOD 1- w/ Bar MU’s = thru 17 TTB
    WOD 2- w/ Ring MU attempts & 5 wall-climbs= thru 15 TTB
    WOD 3- w/ Ring MU attempts= 22:10

  3. WOD w/ 10 pull-ups and 10 ring dips instead of muscle-ups and also stepped the box jumps
    1st Round = Thru 12 T2B
    2nd Round = ?? Don’t remember
    Full MOD WOD = 19:44???
