  1. WOD scaled up 40lb kettle bell
    Time 34:09

    Bench press 215#
    20 reps in 2 minutes stopped due to being a big wussy and hurt wrist

  2. WOD: as rx’d with few modifications (did box step-ups, subbed 50 calorie row for 50 DUs)
    BJ- 2:24
    JPU- 4:37
    KBS- 7:00
    WLS- 9:24
    KtE- 15:02
    PP- 16:42
    BE- 19:18
    WB- 24:10
    Burpees- 31:12
    50 cal row- 35:00 (finished)

    5 minute rest then do
    5 minutes of max bench reps (rx is body weight- didn’t think I could do 270#) scaled back to 205#. Did 12 reps in 5 minutes.

    16 bench press at 185#

    I only weigh 197 and all my strengths have gone up and I weighed 210 when I started back in May. Crazy

    48 reps @ 155# bench

    First time doing it Rx’d. This was one of the first crossfit WOD’s I ever did and it completely destroyed me. After over a year of waiting I’m finally happy to get my revenge on this WOD

    the 20″ tonight and I haven’t used the 17″ for over a year!)

    Farmer carry w/dumbbells around tires and back (ea rd get heavier set of dumbbells)
    3 burpees

    Jog 400 Meters

    20-15-10-5
    Walking lunges w/dumbbells
    Dumbbell Thrusters
    Sit ups w/wall ball

    High Knees 10-20-30-40
    Mountain Climbers 40,30,20,10
    Half KB swings 10,20,30,40

    Two do bench dips while 3rd person does 20 lateral jumps over barbell..then rotate for
    2 rounds

    1 minute plank hold & 2 minutes stretching!
