2 Strict handstand push-ups (advanced do strict deficit)
4 Strict pull-ups (advanced do ring pull-ups with false grip; turn out at the bottom and rings touch sternum at the top)
8 Pistols (alternate legs) (advanced do barbell overhead pistols)
