With a 15 minute time limit:
Row 2000 meters
As many reps as possible of burpees

Start with the 2000 meter row and with the remaining time of the 15 minutes perform as many burpees as possible.

Post 2000 meter row time and number of burpees to responses.

Compare to November 8, 2013.

    3 x 1 (285#)
    Did after that further attempts at higher weight max.
    Did 300# (25# pr from the start of squat program)
    Failed @ 315#

    WOD as rx’d: pr from last one on 11/8/2013
    Row time: 7:15 (previously 8:18)
    Max burpees: 71 (previously 55)

  2. Front squat
    3×1 @ 240#
    Then, 1x 255, 265, 275 (pr). PR in Dec was 235 (40 lb increase).

    It’s gonna be tough. Sam has came in 1st twice for her division and Rich has only done it once. Hopefully it’s an AMRAP of napping for 30 min. I think I might win that one but Rich and Sam would have a tough time, I bet.

  11. Had the chance to see the what 14.5 was before I did today’s wod so I decided to cut it in half

  13. I didn’t make it to Jenks today..but looked back and in March 2011 I did this one
    in:
    Row 9:21.6 (PR)
    Burpees: 54

    I am glad I did not do this today when I saw the 14.5 WOD…but I like burpees
    and the 45# thrusters for old ladies will be light!!!!
