    WOD – 12:21 (1:40 over last time)
    Mile – 7:06 (:45 over last time)
    KBs in 4 sets

    3 Hang Power Snatch – used 135#
    3 kipping pull-ups

    1 mile – 9:51 (improved little over 2 minutes from last time a ran a consecutive mile)
    100 KBs – 55#

    Front Squat 10×3 @ 195

    WOD
    As Rx’d
    Time: 12:50

    Mile: 7:04
    Swings: 30-25-26-19
    Wasn’t sure how to approach this one, hoping for a better time next time we do it.

    WOD – 11:51 (0:42 over last time)
    Mile – 7:04

  5. EMOTM strength @ 65# and 3 strict pull-ups every other minute for 15 total pull-ups

    WOD w/ 35# = 15:56??…..3 minutes slower than last April.
    Ran mile in 9:52….just happy to finish under 10 minutes!!!

    Went light today due to rib/lat issue.

    Good job Karin for pushing through it. Between the bromance and the WOD, it was tough one today.

    Wod run 10:45 ( sadly a PR)
    19:05 I quit then Paul made me do the last 50 KB!

    Run finished at 6:39 then I got sucked up on the
    Kettle bells 55# finished like 13:?? I think

    And our bromance is awesome Paul!! Envy doesn’t look good on u

    Started w/42# and switched back and forth with 35#

    WOD w/25# KB
    9:11 Mile

    WOD was either 16:04 or 17:04..probably 17:04. Last year my run was a minute slower but I finished the WOD in 16:34

    No KB swings, upper body too sore
