    Not feeling it this morning. If I would have started at 65 like Loren, I might have made it.

    1000 Meter row
    AMRAP in 5 minutes:
    10 Pull-ups

    Warm up 1000 row then. 3 rounds of 10 pull ups and 10 dips.

    WOD as Rx
    75-85-95-105-115(quit because of rib). First time doing the Bear with weights.

    Started pinching in the rib like it did when we did the 10,000 LBS WOD so I stopped. A SETBACK IS A SETUP FOR A COME BACK. I’m getting close!

    Extremely frustrating to fail on the 6th set.

    20 push ups
    25 sit ups
    30 lunges
    35 box steps
    Bear crawl down and back (lengh of gym)
    Frankenstein down and back
    Crab walk down and back

    3,6,9,12,9,6,3:

    Row calaroies
    Burpees
    Box steps w/med ball
    Kettlebell swings
    Sit ups
    (got to skip the 12 burpees)

    Farmer’s carry with 2 kettlebells..walk around bldg as long as you can, when you
    have to put down then do box steps, KB swings and sit ups. (Lisa lasted the longest so
    she didn’t have to do the skills)

    Run 200M with the med ball

    Then raced my husband and kids from McDonalds to my house (bout 10 blocks total) they were in the truck and I was on foot! Needless to say, I got lapped a few times, but it was still fun!!!
