  2. Can someone elaborate on the Jenks mile with the twist, please? I’m assuming it’s shoulder press during the minute rest time but want to make sure, since I’ll be doing this one at home today!

    Subbed 500m row for 400m run and 250m row for 200m run
    Still did strict shoulder press (95#) during the 1 minute between the rows.
    * Finished 13:54 and did 48 strict shoulder presses.

    Wod: 10:05 only 3 rounds tho

    Instruction was much better I noticed I heard a lot of people commenting about how more attentive the lead instructor was (don’t remember their names offhand)

    The curriculum seemed poorly planned however.

  8. Run with 50 65# presses.. Don’t remember my time but it was really freakin’ slow.
    WOD as RX but with GHD sit ups for 2nd half instead of toes to bar cause my back- 13:44

    I have no idea how many SP I got. I was too exhausted to count past 20.
