    I had a challenger at the Bristow gym tonight! A youngin came up to me and wanted to know what Kind of workout I was doing and asked if he could join in with me! He saw the 400m each round and chickened out, so I shortened it for him! Well… I kind of kicked his A**!!! 😏 he couldn’t hang with the older gal!

    I see a LOT of PR deadlifts tonight! Great job!

    Was not feeling good with the deadlifts today..so did not finish..just got up to 2 @ 165#. I was hoping to beat my PR of 200#, but I have never had any back issues but tonight I felt a slight pain.
