    Started off as an AMRAP for me. (Great job Tyler, Andy & Brody)
    Did a total of 16 laps.

    Push-ups (finished 100 @ 23:07)
    Siit-ups (finished 100 @ 31:00)
    Air squats (finished 100 @34:42)

  3. completed the runs. Good job TS and Brody. My advice on this is to pick a time and stay with it the entire run. We came in at 43-44 seconds every time.

    I made 16 rounds. Right knee started hurting for some reason, felt numb. Let me be the first to say it, I was a princess.

    WOD – 2 rounds of 50 with GHD sit-ups
    31:32 (pull-ups were rough). Felt Pukie tapping on my shoulder and that was before the GHDs.

    Good job Stephanie “WOD killer” on making all the runs. Jim was sandbagging, good job though.

    Made it up to 165 (ugly PR) – form begins to break down at 155.

    Just made the first 2 so just did as AMRAP…14 rds with 1 minute break
