completed the runs. Good job TS and Brody. My advice on this is to pick a time and stay with it the entire run. We came in at 43-44 seconds every time.

I made 16 rounds. Right knee started hurting for some reason, felt numb. Let me be the first to say it, I was a princess.
WOD – 2 rounds of 50 with GHD sit-ups
