  4. No rowers at the gym I’m currently at so had to do Wednesday’s WOD:

    WOD (20 minute time cap)
    3 Rounds for time of:
    800 Meter run
    30 Toes to bar
    rest 5 minutes from end of 20 minute time cap
    then
    As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
    Muscle ups
    rest 5 minutes from end of 10 minute time cap
    then
    As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
    10 Push-ups
    20 Double unders

    WOD 1: 15:20
    WOD 2: 32 bar muscle ups – those are still a weakness for me for some reason, so worked on them
    WOD 3: 8 + 5 push-ups
