    Strength – 2 rounds of 15 85# back squats from the ground and 400m walk

    MOD WOD:
    2 strict pull-ups
    4 push-ups
    8 kb swings @ 45#
    200m walk

    = 6 rounds + 2 pull-ups

  2. Strength: only 55# x 55 in 10 minutes

    Did yesterdays WOD:
    50″ walking lunnge w/35# bar
    21 burpees

    In 20 minutes was on the 4th rd, all walking lunges and 6 burpees
