Max muscle ups in 10mins = 23
Dumbell squat snatch ladder started at 30lbs and made 2 on each am at 80lbs
WOD with 40lbs 5 full rounds
DB squat snatch ladder
Started at 15#. Made it through 80# for each arm. Did 3 reps with each arm with 80#.

WOD as rx’d with DB snatch weight of 50#. Did single unders (100). Doubles still to inconsistent for a good workout. I’ll get there soon.

30 MU w/ false grip – 9:16 (1:00 over PR) started too fast (15 in 3:00) and crashed. Missed 8 total attempts.
Strength up to 65# w/ rt arm and could only complete a power snatch w/ lt arm.
