5 Dumbbell squat snatches, left arm (Men 50# DB, Women 30# DB)
5 Dumbbell squat snatches, right arm (Men 50# DB, Women 30# DB)
50 Double-unders

  1. Max muscle ups in 10mins = 23
    Dumbell squat snatch ladder started at 30lbs and made 2 on each am at 80lbs
    WOD with 40lbs 5 full rounds

    DB Squat Snatch ladder up to 50 but failed several along the way. I may have found my new weakest movement.

    WOD with 40# DB
    3 rounds + 2 left arm DBSS
    I think I had more failed attempts than good reps, especially with my left arm.

    Started at 15#. Made it through 80# for each arm. Did 3 reps with each arm with 80#.

    WOD as rx’d with DB snatch weight of 50#. Did single unders (100). Doubles still to inconsistent for a good workout. I’ll get there soon.

  7. 30 MU w/ false grip – 9:16 (1:00 over PR) started too fast (15 in 3:00) and crashed. Missed 8 total attempts.
    Strength up to 65# w/ rt arm and could only complete a power snatch w/ lt arm.
    WOD rx’d – 4 rds + 5 snatches

  10. Ladder up to 50, failed at 55
    WOD with 10 95# front squats per round instead of snatches. Trying to rest my side as long as I can. 4 rounds and 6 front squats.

    Wod with heat modification:
    40# DB, 25 dubs stopped at 3 rds

    DB squat snatch ladder up to 60 with RT arm, didn’t try 65.

    3 rds +9 DU with 2 minutes left, hurt my foot.

    Soooo hot.
