    1 18ft legless rope climb from seated position and 9 18ft rope climbs . I talked Shawn into doing 10 legless rope climbs though…

    Even: 3 position squat snatch q 20 seconds. Used 75#.
    Odd: 1 rope climb- did 15-19 ft climbs

    Deadlifts (1st round unbroken, last 2 rounds did 12/9)
    Pull-ups (1st did 8/7, last 2 rounds did 3 sets of 5)
    Front squats (all unbroken)

  4. Skill:
    only used 11# bar and attempted a 10′ rope cimb 4 times, rest ascent/descent

    WOD w/65# – pullups from box first 2 rds, jumping pull ups 3rd
