    WOD with substitutions;
    Did pull-ups for muscle-ups and single unders for double unders. Doubled the rx reps for each.
    Finished @ 10:55

    5 min max reps of 225#, did from rack instead of rx from the floor.
    -did 50 reps however substandard depth on many reps (not below parallel)

    Got one MU and started failing – pull was really weak
    Switched to WC about 4 minutes in I think
    Made it through 30 DU on round of 40

    Strength @ 225# from rack and took 2 extra minutes of rest

    back squats – 35 reps @ 85# from rack

  5. WOD as rx’d with bar muscle ups 13:42. Got 2 rips on the last muscle up.. Classic.
    Strength: 25 reps at 135# from the ground

    Goal was 10…did a set of 5 dropped and re-cleaned and held on my back for remaining time and reps. Breck wouldn’t let me drop it..that was horrible to hold.

    7 unbroken no false grip MU tho which is a 2 rep PR!

    Then strength with 185# from ground- 37 reps

    Completed my goal for the day, beating Henry.
