Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

Touch and go at floor only. Even a re-grip off the floor is a foul. No dumping. Use same load for each set. 5 minutes b/w sets.

    WOD – Subed stationary lunges instead of jumping lunges
    4 rounds + 3 PU

    WOD, modified: 15 min amrap
    5 pull ups (strict, then switched to kipping)
    10 push ups
    15 alternating lunges (not jumping)

    5 rounds + 5 Pull ups

  3. “Gwen” at 135#: dropped twice – just didn’t feel like lifting today

    wod with kipping pullups:

    Conclusion: dropping the bar in Grace helps make for great time.

    15 Minutes AMRAP
    1 team member rows while the other team member does
    20 Kettlebell swings and 10 box jumps, then switch and continue this cycle for 15 minutes. The team rowing most meters gets to be first to pick 5 of the following skills for both team members to do. Then the other team picks 5. (J & J rowed 2,507 meters,
    M & S 2,400 meters.

    10 tire trips
    30 sit ups
    20 box jumps
    60 single unders
    15 renegade rows (dumbbell row in push up position)
    20 jumping suqats
    30 sit ups
    15 burpees
    20 dips on box
    15 dumbbell thrusters
    20 kettlebell high pulls
    40 lateral jumps over bar bell

    Then 2 minutes of sit ups

    (Girls, I am not at home tonight…so will check my computer tomorrow to see if you all got a PR on the sit ups!)

    Then a few minutes of yoga moves..

    w/3 strict pull ups by jumping to bar ea time
    10 push ups
    15 lunges (only did 5 jumping…and switched to regular as I hurt
    my toe earlier and it was really hurting when I jumped)

    5 rds plus 3 pull ups and 5 push ups
