10 Ring dips

20 Med ball cleans (20#, 14#)

30 Kettlebell swings (55#, 35#)

  1. Best warm up ever, felt great after.
    Strength WOD rx’d – 110 OHS
    First rd 20, 10 each rd after. All rds except rd 7 dubs unbroken.
    WOD – 3 rds and stopped with time left on the clock.
    Made a deal with myself if I did the 3rd rd of KB unbroken I could stop there.

  2. Strength WOD w/65# OHS and sit ups subbed for d/u
    mostly sets of 5 or 3 on the OHS & 8-10 sit ups. Skipped a couple rounds of sit-ups.

    WOD – modified
    did one round 10-20-30 then switched to:
    5 bar dips
    10 med ball cleans – 14#
    15 KBS – 35#

    Total of 6 rounds + 5 dips

  3. Strength WOD (10 minutes: 20 DUs EMOM and max rep OHS @ 95#)
    37 OHS, completed all DUs
    I think I got over half of my OHS in the first 3 minutes…DUs still wear me out

    3 rounds + 5 med ball cleans

  4. Strength/skill: EMOM for 10 min – 20 DUs and then max OHS up to 10 reps (95#)
    Did rx but DU’s aren’t WOD prime time ready for me yet so didn’t get to OHS squats many times each minute but did the best I could.
    – did a total of 9 OHS.
    *
    WOD with modification (bar dips rather than ring dips). All else rx’d
    -completed 3 rounds and through 13 med ball cleans.

    Max rep OHS @ women’s rx’d 65#
    Every minute 20 double unders
    15/15/15/15/15/15/15/10/10/12
    Total=137
    All double unders unbroken

    WOD
    As rx’d for women
    Rounds=4 + 2 Med ball cleans

  6. Warm up was perfect. More mobility Breck

    Strength:
    Dubs were not unbroken
    63 OHS with 12,10,8 my first 3 rounds. (Half my score right there)

    WOD rx’d w/ MU to dips
    2 rounds + 10 dips

    Nice work TS. 110 is crazy

    OHS w/65- goal was 10 ea rnd
    20 Dubs
    Skipped Rounds 6 & 8! Only 5 OHS on Rnd 10. Tough!

    I thought Breck said he had 4 Rounds and my goal was to beat him. Almost! ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Almost 3 rounds.

    My goal was 8 each round, made it through 8rds then got 6
    76 Total
    WOD w/ 5 bar dips
    3 Rds + 3 Bar Dip

    Focused on depth on the dips! Never been able to get low enough and get back up, but did all 5 each round! So PR for me today! Yay!

    Everything unbroken. Worked on mental toughness today.

    Rd 3: 9 in. :35

    WOD mod.
    5 strict PU
    10 push-ups
    15 jumping lunges
    9 Rds + 8 push-ups

    Made 5 Rds w/strict pull-ups. Kipped after that.
